IPM: Institute of Palliative Medicine (WHO Collaborating Centre) is the policy, research and training arm of Pain and Palliative Care Society. It is the leading training institution in palliative care in the Developing World. In addition to running various training programs and courses in palliative care, IPM also acts as the launching pad for various projects, activities and teams in long term care and palliative care. IPM is also the nodal center for Arogyakeralam Palliative Care Project in Kerala. The institute works closely with the Health and Social Welfare Departments of Government of Kerala. Institute of Palliative Medicine is the only WHO Collaborating Center for Community Participation in Long Term Care and Palliative Care in developing world and the 5th one in the whole world. We are assisting Institute of Palliative Medicine to bring together its various initiatives on a common platform and helping them document the past 15 years.
