Eisha Roy is a nationally recognized development professional, acclaimed for her meaningful work in advancing gender justice. With over a decade of experience in academic research, program management, and consultancy, she has worked with both national and international organizations to drive inclusive development. Her expertise spans strategic planning, data analysis, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E), supported by a solid grounding in academic and participatory research methods. Eisha holds an MA in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, and a BA (Hons.) in Sociology from Miranda House, University of Delhi.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Eisha enjoys reading literary fiction, playing chess and word games, and playing the violin.
