Mona hails from Lucknow, studied in Nainital and holds an MBA in HR from Calcutta University. Her career spans prominent roles in MNCs and India's top IT companies (Tata, Birla, HCL, Wipro, Sapient). Mona’s last role was Vice President at Credit Suisse, leading the HR Shared Services Centre. She also has a creative side - as a photographer, an Airbnb host, and as an active member of the 'Citizens for Lucknow' heritage group.
